Shipping Policy

ORDERING:

You may place your orders on our website 24 hours a day or by contacting us on our Instagram page @strictlyexoticsnursery. Please ensure not to disclose any sensitive information such as your credit card details over Instagram. A Strictly Exotics Nursery representative will reach out to you during our regular business hours for order processing.

DELIVERY TO THE LOWER 48 US STATES:

Currently, we only ship within the lower 48 US States.

All live clone orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day shipping. We cannot guarantee shipping times once the package is with the carrier. Any shipping discrepancies should be dealt with directly with the carrier.

We process orders within 2-3 business days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday to prevent weekend delays and to ensure the quality of our clones as much as possible. You'll receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as we process your order. Once dispatched, clone packages usually take 2 days to arrive unless there's an unforeseen delay with the carrier. We cannot guarantee successful delivery if the shipping address was entered incorrectly when placing the order.

Our shipping cost is set at a flat rate of $40. Please note that we have set a limit of 40 clones per order through our website to ensure availability and maintain quality service. If you're interested in placing a larger order, please reach out to us. All orders over 40 clones placed through our website will be canceled and followed up by an email.

We reserve the right to hold shipments in inclement weather until conditions improve.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

BULK ORDERS (40+)

We have set a limit of 40 clones per order through our website to ensure availability and maintain quality service. RETURNS

We do not accept returns and will only provide refunds or replacements under specific conditions, please see our Return Policy.
