Return & Refund Policy

All clone sales are final. At Strictly Exotics Nursery, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our clones are always in optimal condition when they leave our nursery. However, we recognize that damages may occur during shipping due to varying conditions.

If you experience any issues with the health of your clone or spot signs of damage upon delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. It's crucial to provide clear photos of the damage for our verification process.

Please note that we are not responsible for the environmental conditions, care of the clones, or any untimely acts of nature once the clones are delivered. Strictly Exotics Nursery reserves the right to issue refunds for the affected items on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a refund, the clone must have incurred the damage during shipping and you must provide clear evidence of such damage. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason. Our priority is to deliver high-quality clones and maintain a strong relationship with our valued customers.

Shipping returned items: As we do not accept returns, there will be no responsibility on the customer for any shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if a refund is approved, it will be processed upon our verification of the damage reported.

Any claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered for refunds. Our objective is to provide the best service and products to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
